Christina Haack is a Californian born girl. She was born July 9th of 1983. Her first job out of school was in the industry of real estate. It was through this that she met her future husband Tarek El Moussa. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock market, many investors in real estate as well as home flippers were unable to make their profits. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa lost nearly everything because of the 2008 stock market collapse. From a $6,000-per-month home, to a $700/month apartment. The business and economy in general, slowly recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted an acquaintance to make an audition tape for HGTV which featured Christina flipping the property over starting from scratch. Pie Town Productions, a production company based in New York City got the tape. These executives were fascinated by Christina's story of love between Tarek and Christina. The contract was made by the couple to HGTV. Then, in April of 2013, "Flip of Flop" premiered. From 2013 to 2017 92 episodes broadcast over the course of seven seasons. Christina as well as Tarek were shown buying houses which were usually located situated in Orange County. After spending some time on improvements, they would flip them for a profit. Tarek's main focus is demolition and remodelling, while Christina is focused on designing.
